and although I love my job, I fear that healthcare reform may be the death of us yet. I feel that nurses are underpaid and overworked and unfortunately do not get the respect they deserve as a critical part of the health care team. I would like to meet a doctor who feels as a do, or a pharmacist who sees a nurse for the smart, vital part of a patient team that she is, I consider myself my patients advocate, and wish that I could meet someone who truely felt the same.
