I have worked in a hospital for the past thirteen years. I am a HUC in surgery and I love it. I learn many things everyday and as you know...some things we see are CRAZY!I love the learning and caring aspect of the health field. Sometimes, as I'm sure it is with many, our management seems a bit negligent or lacksidasical when it come to concerns of the OR...it seems the only time something gets done is if a surgeon throws a fit-that's what i can't stand the most about the medical industry. I love my job, but I will be a nurse soon!
