Passionate woman loves an Intelligent man. I am looking for a man who works in the medical field like I do with a Medical Degree or Ph.D. Age range 31-45. Being with a man who is intelligent is very important to me. I am a very open person & would appreciate someone who enjoys taking risks having & new adventures traveling, trying new restaurants, or heading to Coney Island to ride the Cyclone. I am able to feel comfortable in a dive country bar or a five star restaurant, & any environment in between. If you love listening to music, playing music, & going to concerts these are some of my favorite things to do. I also appreciate a quiet cozy night in with a movie & romance.
Studied acting at New York University. Bachelor's Degree & Master's Degree in Social Work with Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling. Certified in Advanced Hospice & Palliative Care Social Work. I work as a Medical Social Worker with adults & pediatric patients in New York City hospitals. My passion is working with pediatric patients' who are seriously ill. I am currently helping create the pediatric hospice & palliative care program for the largest hospice in NY State. I am finishing my 4th year of my Ph.D in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Child Clinical Psychology.
I love reading & have quite a collection of books in my home. I play guitar & enjoy writing music. I like mysteries, love Sherlock Holmes, anything that challenges my mind & makes me think in new ways. I like people who engage in philosophical & intelligent conversations being fluid, flexible, & not set in one ideology or mindset is important. I like comedies, independent films, 1970's horror movies. I am a folk/alternative girl my favorite music includes Bob Dylan, Amos Lee, Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, Langhorne Slim, & The Pogues. I was raised with all styles of music. I am more than happy to spend a night in with a bottle of wine & lots of great music.
