Is there a sweet, intelligent guy who wants a strong commitment?

I am interested in having a career in the medical field as well as finding people to share/discuss various medical topics. I enjoy learning about anything that is related to the human body including having an impact upon. In particular, I like to learn about various diseases/health problems including the diagnostic processes, symptoms, treatments and the like. One topic that bugs me about the medical industry is related to $$$$-- expenses, insurance, and such. We need to find a better way to serve everybody. Everybody should be eligible to receive the care they need without so much hassle. This would probably be a problem that will continue for generations...
