I currently work as a Physical Therapist Assistant, but hold other certifications in Personal Training, Muscle Activation Techniques, and Eating Psychology Coaching! My goal is to transition into utilizing my unique certifications in a wellness facility that would best complement my interests.

I value striving to live a healthy lifestyle. To stay active, I love playing recreational volleyball, swimming laps in a pool, or participating in a group fitness class (strength training, combat, or step are my favorites). I predominantly eat healthy foods and hope you do the same!
