Requires Life Support I'm a physician on the peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area, currently working in a biotech company. I'm intelligent, well-educated, articulate, with wide-ranging interests. I enjoy thoughtful conversation on almost any topic. I know a little about a lot of things, and a lot about a few things. I'm the guy that people tend to lean on in a crisis. My values are mostly/all traditional. I try to be a gentleman at all times. I'm a secret romantic. I enjoy music, good movies, reading, beaches and the outdoors generally, good restaurants, good wine, and good company. I like to travel as often as I can, despite airport security. Despite efforts to the contrary, I retain a sense of humor. People still tell me they think I'm handsome, but they could be lying. I have a grown son I'm very proud of. I love dogs, but I'm allergic to cats. I used to fly and sail, but not so much anymore. My blood type is O+ and my blood pressure, electrolytes, lipids, liver and renal functions are all within normal limits.

I'm looking for the same thing (I assume) everyone else is looking for: a serious, long-term, committed relationship with shared interests, compatibility, and chemistry. If you have any faults (other than smoking), I will accept them if you are willing to accept mine. I'm more than happy to give it a try, but I'm not interested in wasting your time or mine.
